2. Information we receive
This website itself does not ask you to fill in any form, create an account or make a payment. Information reaches us only when you choose to contact us. Depending on the consultation requested, this may include:
- Your name, phone number and any contact details you share with us;
- Your date, time and place of birth, and those of family members where you provide them, for astrological and numerological readings;
- Floor plans, site layouts, property addresses, photographs and orientation details shared for AstroVastu consultations;
- Details about your circumstances, goals or concerns that you choose to discuss during a consultation.
We recognise that birth information, property details and personal circumstances are sensitive. We ask that you share only what is necessary for the consultation you are seeking.
3. How we receive it
Information is shared with us directly by you, typically through WhatsApp, by telephone, by email, or in person at our studio. We do not buy personal information from third parties.
4. How we use it
Your information is used solely to prepare for and deliver the consultation you have asked for, to respond to your enquiries, to schedule appointments, and to follow up on guidance previously given. We do not use it for automated decision making or profiling.
5. Consent
By sending us your details you consent to our using them for the purposes described above. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, after which we will stop using your information for further consultations and will delete or anonymise it unless we are required to retain it by law.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. Your details are not disclosed to any third party except where you have asked us to do so, or where we are required to disclose them by law or by a competent authority.
7. WhatsApp and other platforms
Our primary point of contact is WhatsApp. Messages you send us travel through WhatsApp's systems and are also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, over which we have no control. The same applies to Instagram and to Google Maps if you follow those links from this website. Please review their policies if this concerns you. If you would prefer not to use WhatsApp, you are welcome to contact us by telephone instead.
8. This website
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run analytics software. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google may record your IP address as part of serving that request. No other third-party scripts are used.
9. Storage, retention and security
We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for your consultation and any follow-up, or for as long as the law requires. Charts, plans and notes are stored with reasonable care and access is restricted to those involved in delivering your consultation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, please reach out using the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
11. Children
Consultations are intended for adults. Where a consultation concerns a minor, we expect the request to be made by that child's parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any information shared with us.
